Roberta McGowan, announces a Gallery Show of "Colorado Cowboys" at Zele's Cafe in Aspen during September.
Pam Nickoles, competed and had her "Colorado Cowboys," body of work - a collection of 6 images - selected for inclusion in The 2007 Colorado Photographers Exhibition http://www.c4fap.org/exhibitors/2007Colorado/ExhibitorsAnnounce.asp that will be on display at The Center for Fine Art Photography, from October 1 - October 6, 2007. The Artists' and Public Reception will be on October 5, during the Fort Collins, Colorado Gallery Walk. Pam also had her image, “Wild Gray Stallion” selected for the DIA International Invitational http://www.c4fap.org/exhibitions/2007DIA4/index.htm. Artists from eight countries participated in the competition (see the full Press Release where they used Pam's image) The DIA Invitational exhibition was on display at the Denver International Airport from May 25 - July 29, 2007.

Indiana:
Phillip DeCausemaker had 6 photos in the advanced section of the Lake County (Indiana) Fair and won 2 categories (b&w film & color digital) overall and scored 2 first place and a second place ribbon with the others. Total haul 4 - 1sts & 1 -2nd place ribbons. Phillip won the overall advanced part of the show besting 374 other photographers, his second time winning the show in three years with an equine photo. He also had the spring and summer covers of the ARHA (American Ranch Horse Association) national magazine and is featured on their website.
Massachusetts
Renee Goodwin, Mane Impressions Digital Photography, had three pieces in this year’s Our Horses Our Art Exhibit, held at Skera Contemporary Gallery in Northampton,from July 22 - 28. The reception brought in 250 guests and generated over $15,000 in sales for Skera Contemporary Gallery and the New England area artists. The exhibit portrayed the beauty and complexity of the horse in various media, such as pottery, painting, photography, and sculpture. The exhibiting artists came from a wide variety of backgrounds under their shared love of the horse.

Carien Schippers has been creating her collection of Horse Drive Fine Art Prints and had her first solo show at the Roxbury Arts Group in Roxbury, NY. The collection may now be seen at the Batavia, NY Senior Center and the Albion, NY Visitors Center. Her print of “Drifting Herd” has won numerous awards, most recently Best of Category in the Louisville Arts Association National Juried Show in Louisville, Colorado and a strong third place showing in The Roberson Regional Art Exhibition, Binghamton, NY.

Gabriele Boiselle has an impressive photo exhibit sponsored by the European State Stud Assembly (ESSA), now showing at the FEI European championship at the Springreiter in Mannheim. Over many years, the photographer has visited the state studs in Europe and her photos show her experience of the everyday life of the studs. Boiselle's exhibit represents the historical state studs, their culture, their humans and their horses. The photo exhibit will be displayed throughout Europe at large sport events and brings alive this unique cultural heritage.
