Debra Kail, of award winning dekPhotography, specializes in Nature Photography and Digital Fine Art. Equine Photography is her passion, and she focuses on capturing the emotional bond between horses and their people. While she is based in scenic Chester County, her annual trips to Cornwall England can regularly be found amongst her favorite works.
