Photo taken maybe 25 years ago and the color film was fading out.

Finished one, made adjustment layers, cropped the photo to rule of thirds with the logo on the mark and the glove in the other corner mark.
I added a filter and noise to punch up the color then made a layer for the cap and glove and one for the background and made the saturation levels
different on each level to give it a slightly different look to each level. Its subtle but it is there.

After. Sepia tone, some mask work and a little cloning made this into an image I really like.

After Image. I cropped the original image and added my friend's dog to evoke a "story". I used masks to dodge and burn, added a leading beam of light from the upper left to bottom right (to run across the mini and dog's faces), added a vignette, and converted to black and white using a channels mixer adjustment layer.

Final image. Added the crowd as a background using some cloning and several layer masks. Blurred and darkened the background, added some lighting effects to the combined images.
