Powderhorn Ranch Women’s Retreat
Douglas, Wyoming
August 22 - August 27, 2018

>>This retreat is full, please drop an email to workshops@equinephotographers.org be added to the waiting list!<<

Ladies: Join us for five nights at the beautiful Powderhorn Ranch http://www.dmhorses.com/ in Wyoming as we enjoy the hospitality and horsemanship of the wonderful True family. This is a truly special place where you can leave the world behind for a little while and enjoy the essence of the western landscape and lifestyle. Shoots will include herd drives, working cattle, cowgirl and cowboy portraits, dramatic landscape scenes, magical barn light, headshots, action and so much more!

Location is Douglas, Wyoming, about one hour from Casper, WY airport. We will do our best to pick up and drop off at the Casper airport.

All accommodations and meals will be provided, just bring your gear, a bathing suit for the hot tub and plan for a great time with a group of great ladies! All bedrooms are 2-4 beds (very comfortable) in a house with complete kitchen and laundry facilities. There is no cell service here but there is wireless. Trail riding will be offered (included) or you can even bring your own horse for an extra fee!

We are limiting this to 15 photographers. Please keep in mind that there will be no formal teaching other than what we share with each other, everyone is encouraged to bring ideas for sessions and help set up shots! We will have exclusive access to the ranch and all photos will be fully model and property released.
